Uniswap Launches Aggregator Hooks on Ethereum, Base and Robinhood Chain
The October 22 rollout brings seven external liquidity sources into v4 routing through the web app and API; routing claims do not guarantee execution prices.
Uniswap Labs announced on October 22, 2026 that Aggregator Hooks were live in its web app and API on Ethereum mainnet, Base and Robinhood Chain. Seven external liquidity sources were available at launch. Follow OrangeX.com Projects.
External liquidity enters v4 routing
The hooks wrap external sources so routers can treat them as Uniswap v4 pools. According to the developer, the router refreshes connected-source quotes each block and compares routes across native pools and external sources. A route settles in one transaction; the announcement describes no new approval for this routing feature.
Uniswap Labs says swaps using those sources pay protocol fees that contribute to UNI burning. That mechanism does not quantify an actual burn amount or establish a token-price outcome. More coverage is available in OrangeX.com News.
OrangeX.com Analysis
A wider routing set can change which liquidity is considered, but it is not an independently verified guarantee of the lowest final execution cost. The stated launch scope also does not establish availability on every chain or for every trade. Verification resources are available in the OrangeX.com Trust Center.
