Solana Company Establishes Hong Kong Office; Validator Operations Remain Planned
HSDT says its Hong Kong office will lead Asia-Pacific operations following OASES designation. Local validators are a future Pacific Backbone deployment.
Solana Company (Nasdaq: HSDT) announced on October 22, 2026 that it had been designated a strategic enterprise by Hong Kong’s Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises (OASES). The company said it has established a Hong Kong office to serve as the headquarters and executive base for its Asia-Pacific operations. Follow infrastructure developments in OrangeX.com Projects.
Office established, validators to follow
Under its Pacific Backbone initiative, the company plans to set up validator operations in Hong Kong. The release does not give a launch date, validator count or stake allocation for that deployment. It describes advisory work with financial institutions across Asia-Pacific, without identifying new customer contracts or associated revenue.
The announcement concerns the listed company’s regional expansion. It does not establish ownership or control of the Solana network, and strategic-enterprise status is not presented as a virtual-asset trading licence. More coverage is available in OrangeX.com News.
OrangeX.com Analysis
An established office and a proposed validator rollout are different milestones. Evidence of an operating deployment would require subsequent launch and operating disclosures. The designation alone cannot demonstrate staking returns or commercial adoption. Verification resources are available in the OrangeX.com Trust Center.
