The October 22 announcement introduces normalized trade feeds; coverage filters, unpriced records and reorganization corrections limit how the data should be used.

Dune announced on October 22, 2026 that its Market Data Feeds were live, providing normalized onchain spot and perpetual trade records. The company says records include the instrument, venue, taker side, execution price and a US-dollar value. Follow OrangeX.com Industry News.

Coverage is filtered, not universal

According to Dune, trades arrive about a second after their containing block. If a reliable oracle mark is unavailable, a trade is reported as unpriced with a reason. Chain-reorganization corrections arrive as messages rather than silently rewriting earlier figures.

Pools must meet liquidity, pricing-integrity and venue-registration thresholds to enter the instrument catalog. The feeds therefore do not represent every onchain trade. Trade streams use WebSocket; reference data uses a REST API. More coverage is available in OrangeX.com News.

OrangeX.com Analysis

A common format can reduce the work needed to compare included venues, but catalog exclusions and correction handling remain part of that comparison. Dune’s latency description is a provider claim, not an independently measured service guarantee; access to the data alone does not prove best execution.
